The Executive Committee serves as the leading body of the organization with regards to activity, member, event and relations management. The executive committee is elected at the end of every academic year.

Internals Committee
The Internals Committee is in charge of the entire application process within the academic year, as well as the membership status of all the members in the organization. Evaluation of members and officers is done by the membership committee. Applicants are not allowed to be part of this committee, however upon induction of new members, they are free to submit their intentions of applying to the committee to the presiding vice president (internals committee head) for interview. The Internals Committee is also responsible for maintaining camaraderie among the members, and ensuring the holistic development of the members through cultural events and fun-filled activities.

Secretariat Committee
The Secretariat Committee maintains all the documents and online publicity accounts of the organization. Dissemination of information from the executive committee to the members as well as correspondences with external parties and alumni is handled by this committee. Documentation is done by the secretariat committee who also serve as the journalistic staff of The Transcript (UP MBBS Newsletter). This committee also oversees all publicity activities of UP MBBS.

Finance Committee
Finance committee is in charge of the funds and budget of the entire organization. Fundraising activities are the main events of this committee. At the end of the year, the financial report is prepared by the finance committee with regard to the org's budget and expenses. The Finance Committee shall also manage the sponsorship and marketing demands of the organization and its committees. A marketing database shall be maintained by this committee as well.

The Academic Affairs Committee is in charge of the organization's collection of books and journals. This committee keeps track of the academic affairs of the organization and stages year-round tutorials for those in need. This committee is also primarily linked with spreading information of current trends in MBB, organizing quizbees, seminars and talks dealing with biosciences and MBB. They also hold journal seminars at least twice every semester.
